Fallout 4 Speedruns can accomplish some amazing feats... but if I utilise some Speedrun strats, can I complete the game in its entirety and still get a Steam Refund?
Steam Refunds have an automatic process on any purchase under 2 hours, so my entire goal for today, would be just to beat Fallout 4 in under that allotted time... but loading screens, hard combat and some soft locks might prevent that from happening...
