A Shreveport resident is following her passion, baking cakes and bringing in a secondary income. Katerina Wiggins says she taught herself by watching Youtube videos. Her cakes are hyperrealistic, resembling real-life objects such as an Amazon box or even the package of ground beef cake she made for us personally. She began baking when her mother's friend decided to have her make her wedding cake. Wiggins works a full-time job in addition to her personal bakery on the side. She still sees baking as a passion first and source of income second.
