Hey lovelies! In my past few videos I've mentioned some of my hair concerns, the main one was shedding. It has greatly increased this past month in addition to more tangles, matted hair, and breakage! :(
I am in the process of getting the bounce back! My natural hair has not been looking so great. The shine and luster is almost completely gone and the manageability is just horrible. A lot of it is me to blame. Eh. Anywho, in this video I will be doing an apple cider vinegar rinse to clarify my itchy scalp, as well as to help balance out my natural hair/scalp's pH.
ACV Rinse:
2 ounces of Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
4 ounces of water
