WELCOME TO THE ARMYGUY TRAVELS ARMY:

After meeting Master Chef Sergio Martin, I knew that I had to do a review on his immaculate restaurant and the delicious food that he serves there. Located in a beautiful location on Pepe Sierra in Barrio Usaquen in the northern sector of Bogota, Colombia, this establishment will provide a romantic experience to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine.

Sergio Martin trained at the Scuola Ristorazione Nazarene in Carpi (Módena) and then worked in different restaurants in northern Italy, including the Trattoria Le Aie and the Ristorante La Torinese. On September 12, 2007, he inaugurated his Trattoria La Divina Comedia in Bogotá, the same one that would become his great passion and at the head of which he has always been as chef. This proposal is faithful to the Italian cuisine to the point that at the end of 2014 it made it worthy of the recognition Marchio Ospitalitá Italiana, a distinction given directly by the Italian government to those restaurants that work to maintain the tradition of Italian gastronomy in the world as well as a second recognition called Eccellenza Italian nel mondo. Later the chef opened the Pizzary The Divine Pizza. He also served as Director of the Gourmet KitchenAid Center and presenter of the Gastrolatino program for the international RCN channel, as well as different appearances at gastronomic festivals in Colombia. In December 2018 he released on the market his book "La Mia Italia" in which he gives a sample of the wonders of Italian tradition. It should be noted that Sergio inherited the passion for the cuisine of his father Giuseppe and his great-uncle Bruno Colombari, pioneers and characters of great tradition of Italian cuisine in Colombia.
