In this recipe, we bring together bold whiskey, bright citrus, rich amaretto, and a surprising touch of ReModena Fig Balsamic, all tied together with a silky egg-white foam and a dramatic port wine float. Finished with a PSC Chipotle Dust rim, this cocktail is layered, balanced, and unforgettable.

🥃 INGREDIENTS
• 1 oz Blue Corn Whiskey (Smoke Eye Hill)
• ½ oz Disaronno Amaretto
• ½ oz Passionfruit Liqueur (Fruitful)
• ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Egg Whites
• ¼ oz ReModena Fig Balsamic Vinegar
• ½ oz Vanilla Syrup
• ¾ oz Port Wine (float)

Glass Rim:
• Prescott Spice Company Chipotle Dust
• Lemon juice

🔥 METHOD
1. Add all ingredients except the port wine to a shaker.
2. Dry shake (no ice) for 15–20 seconds to fully aerate the egg whites.
3. Rim a martini glass with lemon juice and PSC Chipotle Dust.
4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10–15 seconds.
5. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
6. Carefully float ¾ oz of port wine over the top to finish.

Sip slowly and enjoy the layers.
