How to heat a microwave meal without using a microwave or .conventional oven. You can use this simple method to heat and cook a variaty of food, all you need is a large pan with a lid and a foil tray. warp tin foil around pies, sausage rolls, pizza etc to stop them from becoming soggy, keep the folded open side of the foil on the under side of your food to stop water dripping down into your food from the frying pan lid. good thing about this method is you cannot burn your food, only thing you have to keep an eye on is the water level, don't let it run dry.

Please note: Apparently it's not advisable to eat these type of meals regulary, I myself rarely would. I agree they are handy little meal while out and about, in my case while in my campervan. using them dosen't create a lot of dishes and uses a small amount of gas to heat. Some people claim that food should not be contained in plastic as toxic oils/chemicals can leak into the food especially while being heated, others say that even microwave food is also not good to consume and some are also saying that steaming these food trays as I have done in this video is not a good thing to do either, so I would be greateful if you do your own research on these ready meal products and decide for yourself whether it's the food for you. I personally think these ready meals are ok to eat occasionally but not as a regular diet. Thanks for your time.
