BECOMING MR & MRS DARCY: Our Regency Costume Journey Begins// Join us as we step into the world of Jane Austen and visit Bath Theatrical Costume Hire in Somerset, one of the most charming and well-stocked costume houses in the UK. We're getting ready for the Jane Austen Festival 2025 – and in this video, we try on Regency-era dresses and waistcoats, explore rows of historical garments, and share a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the fitting process.

👗 From choosing fabrics to imagining the finished look, this is the beginning of our next Regency adventure. Jörg is having two custom waistcoats made, and I’ve selected the fabrics for two Regency gowns – both of which we’ll wear during the Jane Austen Festival in Bath this September.
