The historic home of the King of Rock and Roll will be sold at auction on Thursday to the highest bidder, but this is according to a foreclosure notice that the estate’s heir says is a complete and utter con.
Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter Danielle Riley Keough became the trustee of Promenade Trust, Graceland’s owner, after her mother’s passing in 2023.
A lawsuit filed in September of the same year claims the king’s late daughter signed for and failed to pay back a $3.8 million loan using Elvis Presley Enterprises and Graceland as collateral.
