Process of giving biometric is same for these three countries. Canada biometric is valid for next 10 years whereas for Australia & UK you have to give biometric for each category of visa.

Else fees are different too. VFS UK center will keep your passport at the time of giving biometric but VFS Global Canada center will seek passport later if visa is approved. And Australian embassy issues visa results online or by email.
