Learn to Roller skate for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

Level 1 is a skate level we created for folks who felt that 'putting on a pair of roller skates and off you go' was not enough support. In this video, I'm going to talk you through the complete Level 1 skills (please give yourself more time) and how your nervous system can (and will) fight you in the battle for control. Without this, lots of people give up roller skating very quickly, due to the high risk of injury, fear and pain of falling and embarrassment.
