Training method specifically for Taekwondo Poomsae on how to twist your wrist, pull back your hand and punch out in order to perform a better block or punch.
Learn how to twist your wrist so that your punch and blocks look firm and sharp. Coordinate it with the pulling and punching/blocking hand to perform better blocks and punch.
Remember to relax body when you are not executing punches or blocks. You can use breathing to assist you perform better. Inhale and relax (ready movements) then exhale and accelerate when executing the punch or blocks.
Each block and each hand can do 15 times or more then change hand and it will be 1 round. You can do 3 rounds for each block.
