This is how I install future fin boxes in my surfboards using my homemade wood jib. I am not a professional by any means but this is the way that I found works best for me. It uses a simple wood jig and use two pretty easy-to-find router bits. Someday I'd like to get the one pass bits designed for future's boxes but this method is a cheap alternative to the expensive bits and router kits.
