What drives this boost in Battery performance is the upgraded tabless cell design. Standard tabbed Battery cells transfer their energy through tabs. This setup can cause a bottleneck and increase heat within the cell. Tabless Battery cells have multiple pathways to transfer energy. With the addition of laser welding and thicker weld straps, this Battery delivers an increase in power compared to AEG's standard 4.0Ah FORCE Battery (A18FB4) when pushed hard.


The Battery also features large heatsinks to keep battery cells cooler and increase Battery lifetime.

With Smart Sync technology, this Battery communicates with various power-hungry FUSION tools to unlock an even greater performance.

This Battery is also lighter and more compact compared to the previous generation of 18V 4.0Ah FORCE Batteries.

The integrated fuel gauge makes it easy to monitor Battery charge on the go.
