In today's video we share our time watching the North Petherton Carnival.
Our tips if planning to attend the event or other locations is to arrive early about 3pm. Visit the Rugby Club if you fancy something to eat/drink beforehand or for the toilets - it was £1 entry per person if you're not a member.
Take change to donate as the money raised will get shared between local causes, charities and the carnival itself. There will be people dressed up between floats or a cars with trailers that people throw donations into.
Would recommend bringing a fold up chair, flask and snacks as the possession is 2-3 hours long.
