Between 1985-1986, this hammer-wielding killer from Kasaragod terrorized northern Kerala and border areas of Karnataka, committing 14 gruesome murders during robberies - often targeting vulnerable elderly people, bludgeoning them to death, and sometimes committing even more horrific acts. Nicknamed 'Ripper' for his savage methods reminiscent of Jack the Ripper, he was arrested in 1986, sentenced to death, and spent years in solitary confinement before being hanged on July 6, 1991 in Kannur Central Jail - marking the last execution by hanging in Kerala.
