• Sharpness Lvl 255: /give @p netherite_sword[enchantments={levels:{sharpness:255}}]
• 1000 Damage Sword: /give @p netherite_sword[attribute_modifiers=[{id:"attack_damage",type:"attack_damage",amount:1000,operation:"add_value"}]] 1
• 1000 Damage Sword: /give @p netherite_sword[attribute_modifiers=[{id:"attack_damage",type:"attack_damage",amount:1000,operation:"add_value"}],minecraft:enchantment_glint_override=1] 1

Bedrock Edition:
• Always active, repeat: /effect @a[hasitem={item=netherite_sword,location=slot.weapon.mainhand}] strength 1 255 true
