The professor Gessle sketch jokes are hard to translate as they play with the double meaning behind the pronouncement of the letter K. K is pronounced as "Kå" but horny in Swedish is "kåt" Not that much difference.
So when professor Gessle asks Kerstin what her name is, she constantly says "Erstin" as the professor asks with a "Kå". She picks up "kåt" and thus horny and answers with - I am a little bit - or - Yes I am -
One time she says she's called Arin. I am not sure if there is some double meaning here behind too :)
