Bok Tower & Gardens is a gorgeous area in central Florida about an hour south of Orlando (or about an hour east of Tampa). It contains trails that pass through all kinds of flowering plants and tree species. The centerpiece of the gardens is a "singing bell tower" where a carillon is played live twice a day. The whole site is at one of the highest points in Florida.
This is a footsteps video, but there are also birds singing occasionally. Very rarely you can hear someone talking unintelligbly in the distance. The footsteps sounds themselves are on a variety of surfaces like grass, gravel, wood chips, brick, and paved paths.
This is an serene location with plenty of space to explore and get lost in. You don't need a map, but it sure helps! There are signs along the paths, but still they meander so much that you're never sure what direction you are going for long, but I think that's the point. It forces you to enjoy the setting, not so much getting somewhere. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did making it.
