Ingredients & Measurements for your Ultimate Beef Lasagna

Set your oven to 375, Bake for 50 minutes

Ricotta cheese mixture
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 egg

1 celery stick
1 carrot
2 onions
1/2 red bell pepper
9 garlic cloves

1 lb italian sausage
1 1/2 lb ground beef

1 tsp salt
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp blk pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp sugar (see video)
1/4 cup basil
1/4 cup parsley
(I use basil and parsley both for ricotta cheese and as an additional flavor for my meat sauce) make sure to get enough

28oz can crushed tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste ( second can optional see video)

lasagna noodles
8 oz mozzarella cheese
2-3 cups grated parmesan cheese (buy the bar and grate the cheese yourself) this way the flavor is better
