Some people ask why Koreans and Chinese in East Asia still accuse the Japanese for their aggressions 80 years ago. Answer: That's because everyone in this region knows that the Japanese are extremely discriminatory toward other ethnic groups and have no respect for basic rules. Japan's current etiquette is a temporary strategy implemented entirely under pressure from powerful United States, so other neighboring countries, aware of this situation, have been extremely wary of Japan. The following video is a good example: On November 15, 2003, the Women's Volleyball World Cup final was held in Japan, with China facing off against host Japan. Note that from 1:40:50, after China's final spike secured the championship, the Japanese television broadcaster stopped showing any footage of the champion team, China. It's clear: 1) average Japanese professionals (such as here the TV station operators) openly discriminate against China; 2) this discrimination makes them never observe basic international rules; 3) As always, there was no apology. ----------There's plenty of evidence of such discrimination against other ethnic groups and disregard for basic international rules; this is just one of most obvious.
