League of Legends, Valorant, Apex, Counter Strike, Overwatch 2, they all use matchmaking systems, but, what is ELO? What is MMR, or SBMM? What games use these systems? What is Elo hell? These are all questions that people ask all the time and while I can't tell you how to escape Bronze, I can explain these systems, how they work, and the long list of problems they bring.
