The Northumberland line is reopening to passengers after more than 60 years. It has six 18 miles of new track and six new stations. In today's video, we're looking at line's next station at Northumberland Park, which has just had its opening date announced, examining the important role it will play as an interchange between the Northumberland line and the Metro, as well as discussing a major milestone the Northumberland line has just reached, and a strange oddity of the new station which will mean it has two platform 1s!
