പരാതി വരുന്നതിന് മുൻപേ പാർട്ടി നിലപാട് എടുത്തിരുന്നുവെന്ന് രാഹുൽ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ വിഷയത്തിൽ ഷാഫി പറമ്പിൽ എംപി. പാർട്ടിയുടെ തീരുമാനമാണ് തൻ്റെയും തീരുമാനമെന്നും കൂടുതൽ നടപടിയുടെ കാര്യം പാർട്ടി പ്രസിഡൻ്റ് പറയുമെന്നും ഷാഫി മാധ്യമങ്ങളോട് പ്രതികരിച്ചു. എൻ്റെ അടുപ്പവും അടുപ്പക്കുറവും തീരുമാനത്തെ ബാധിക്കില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ രാഹുൽ നേരിടുന്ന കാര്യം പരിശോധിച്ചാൽ അത് മനസിലാകും. ഇനി എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ അതും പാർട്ടി ചെയ്യും. പാർട്ടി കമ്മിറ്റി വച്ച് തീവ്രത അളന്നിട്ടില്ലെന്നും ഷാഫി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. ശബരിമല അഴിമതിയിൽ സിപിഎം നടപടി എടുത്തില്ല. എന്നാൽ കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ നടപടി മാതൃകാപരമാണെന്നും ഷാഫി പ്രതികരിച്ചു. | Shafi Parambil MP stated that the party had taken a stand even before the complaint was filed, referring to the issue involving Rahul Mankootathil. He told the media that the party’s decision is also his decision, and that the party president will speak about any further action. “My personal closeness or distance with anyone will not influence the decision. If you look at what Rahul is currently facing, you will understand. If anything more needs to be done, the party will do it,” Shafi added. He also pointed out that the party committee had not assessed the intensity of the issue. Commenting further, Shafi said that while the CPM did not take action in the Sabarimala corruption case, the action taken by the Congress is exemplary.
