Описание:
Here I try to distinguish whether this organism is Peranema or Jenningsia. In this close up you can notice what looks like an adherent flagellum running across the body. Based on this observation I believe this is Peranema.
40/0.95 apochromat objective with 1.6x and 2x optovar magnification; DIC
