In this series of videos, I attempt take on the challenge of Hiking the Bob Graham Round - yet again. Normally a fell running route that takes in 42 Lake District summits with over 8,200 m of ascent. I attempt to hike it over a period of 5 days, carrying food, water and shelter.
In this video I hike Leg 1 of the Bob Graham Round starting in Keswick and finishing near Threlkeld via the summits of Skiddaw, Great Calva and Blencathra - then descending via the tricky Halls Fell Ridge to the valley floor.
Having failed to complete this extremely challenging fell walking route several times before, join me to see how I get on this time.
