A new camino begins.
After finishing Via de la Plata and Camino Sanabrés last summer, I couldn’t resist the call of another road - this time, the Camino Mozárabe, starting from Almería.

The city wakes up slowly, the Mediterranean air still warm, and the road ahead feels endless. It’s that strange mix of excitement and uncertainty - the kind you only get when you walk out of a city with everything you own on your back.

This route isn’t the most popular one, and that’s exactly the point. Fewer pilgrims, more silence, more space to get lost (literally and in thought).

Editing these walks later always brings back the same feeling - that quiet joy of not knowing what’s waiting behind the next hill.

So here it begins: from Almería to… who knows where, really.
Let’s follow the yellow arrows again.
