Turkey( chopped onion, fresh rosemary, grated ginger, curry powder thyme, and salt )
Spaghetti( Tesco made), use any of choice
Veggies(green and yellow peppers, carrot
Onions
stir fry oil
grated ginger
Mix veg
Parsley
Spices & Seasonings(ginger and garlic powder, thyme, curry powder, chicken seasoning, and paprika powder for the chicken breast
Spices(garlic and ginger powder, paprika powder, onion powder, all purpose seasoning for the shrimp
