This mobile Thai street food noodle cart specialises is amazing crispy flat noodles served with a thick sauce or gravy known as Rad Na.
Their unique recipe is over 60 years old!
The hard working Asian chef sets up the noodle cart every lunch time, and then cooks non stop all day and night to serve hungry customers at the food market.
Their flat noodles are fried until crispy and golden brown, and then served with a thick soup or gravy with tender pieces of marinated pork. It is now my favorite way to eat rad na noodles!
They also sell vermicelli noodles with the gravy pad see ew, and other noodle dishes that you can customise to your taste.
The prices are very reasonable and affordable, and the food is delicious - it is no surprise that they have long queues of customers and are busy all day and night!
