Video going over why I do not recommend the HF quick hitch, and reasoning why I bought two.
Also showing the ease of a good working quick hitch with some of the modifications and additional parts required.
If I were to do it again, I would purchase the Speeco Cat 1 Quick Hitch from Rural King with the 7/8" diameter lift arm hooks - See video for details why!
Below are links to the SpeeCo model with 7/8" lower hooks. They call it the Cat 1 E hitch or Economy hitch. Sometimes available at Rural King for cheaper, but here are some links...
