How to test a computer controlled solenoid, any car (EVAP Vent P0449 GM)

The tests shown in this video can be applied to ANY output solenoid on ANY car. The car being tested has an EVAP Vent Control Circuit code P0449. I will show you how to test the solenoid, the wiring for opens and shorts and the computer driver for proper operation.
