You'll discover some easy low calorie high protein meals to help keep you on track as well and I also take you through all of the supplements I take and I recommend if your goal is to build muscle and stay healthy.
So for breakfast, we have some sweet and savoury high protein French toast for and here, I use egg whites which is a great low calorie high protein volume food. For lunch, I go with a spicy beef crunch wrap which is just insane! It's one of those low calorie high protein meals you bite into and you feel like you're cheating the system it's so tasty lol. And as a snack, I make a very high volume Oreo McFlurry. So perfect if you're on a low calorie diet but want to ensure you're feeling full and satisfied going to bed!

Because supplements only play a very small role in body compositional changes and instead, to build muscle, lose fat and remain healthy, your actual nutrition is so much more important!
