Pressure Calibration Procedure
Gather the necessary equipment:

Pressure calibrator: A device capable of generating and measuring pressure accurately.
Reference pressure source: A reliable pressure source with a known and traceable accuracy.
Calibration adapters: Required to connect the pressure calibrator to the sensor being calibrated.
Documentation: Ensure you have the relevant calibration procedure and documentation for the specific pressure sensor.
Preparation:

Review the manufacturer's guidelines and documentation for the pressure sensor being calibrated.
Ensure the pressure calibrator and reference pressure source are properly calibrated and within their calibration periods.
Set up a controlled environment with stable temperature and humidity conditions.
Connect the pressure calibrator to a power source and allow it to warm up and stabilize according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Connect the reference #pressure source to the pressure calibrator using the appropriate adapters.

Zero the pressure calibrator by venting any pressure and setting the display to zero.
Ensure the pressure calibrator is properly connected to the pressure sensor being calibrated, using the correct adapters.
Low Pressure Calibration:

Repeat this process for multiple low-pressure points to ensure accuracy across the range.
High Pressure Calibration:

Apply a known high-pressure value (within the range of the pressure sensor) from the reference pressure source to the pressure calibrator.
Compare the displayed pressure reading on the pressure calibrator to the reference pressure value.
Adjust the calibration settings of the pressure sensor (if applicable) to match the reference value.
Repeat this process for multiple high-pressure points to ensure accuracy across the range.
Verification and Documentation:

Verify the calibration results by performing a final check using a different pressure point within the sensor's range.
Document the calibration procedure, including the reference pressure values, calibration settings, and any adjustments made.
Record the calibration date, technician's name, and any additional notes or observations.
Final Steps:

Disconnect the pressure calibrator and reference pressure source from the sensor being calibrated.
