How to feed Budgies? Choose the Safe green Vegetables for Pet Birds Budgies, Finch, Cockatiel

Many of us have heard about how important it is to eat plenty of vegetables throughout our lives, and those who have owned pet birds for a while have also likely heard about the many benefits that vegetables can give our feathered friends. In fact, fresh vegetables should make up the bulk of any diet -- and making sure that they do can help ensure that your bird is getting all the vitamins and nutrients essential to maintain good health and a strong body. I usually give these vegetables alternatively.

The green leafy vegetables are important for my birds. It is important to be included in their diet every day. But do not let the same greens for seven days. I try to give seven kinds of vegetables all seven days. if the same spinach is given for seven days, such as spinach, it will not be good for the bird. The ability to digest another food will be lost. I always try to buy green vegetables which are cheap every day from the market. I have written the name of all green vegetables in the video.
** Before giving vegetables, it should be kept in water for at least half an hour. If there is pesticide, it will be washed.
** The habit of feeding vegetables should be practised from early childhood.
** If there is a bird who does not like green vegetables, then you should keep him with those birds who eat or like vegetables.

আমার পাখির জন্য সবুজ শাক খবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। প্রতিদিনই তাদের ডায়েট এ শাক থাকা জরুরী। তাই বলে একই শাক সাত দিন ধরে দেই না। চেষ্টা করি সাতদিন এ সাত রকমের শাক ঘুরায়ে ফিরিয়ে দেই। একই শাক সাত দিন দেয়া যেমন কলমী শাক বা পালং শাক সাত দিন দিলে সেটা পাখির জন্য তো ভালো হবে না বরং ক্ষতি করবে। অন্য খাবার হজম করার ক্ষমতা হারিয়ে ফেলবে।
আমার বাসার কাছাকাছি কাচাবাজার থেকে কমে পাওয়া যায় এমন শাক গুলাই আমি ঘুরায়ে ফিরুয়ে প্রতিদিন দেই
। যেগুলা খাওয়াই ভিডিওতে দেখানো আছে শাক এর নাম সহ। সকলের উচিত পাখি গুলাকে এগুলাকে দেয়া।
** বাজারের শাক দেবার আগে অবশ্যই কমপক্ষে আধাঘন্টা পানিতে ভিজিয়ে রাখা উচিত। যদি কীটনাশক থাকে তাহলে তা ধুয়ে যাবে।
** পাখির ছোটবেলা থেকে শাক খাওয়ানোর অভ্যাস করানো উচিত।
** যদি কোনো বাজেরিগার এর অনভ্যাস থাকে তাহলে থাওলে যে বাজির অভ্যাস আছে তার সাথে রেখে অভ্যাস করানো উচিত। অথবা আগের রাতে খাবার সরিয়ে সকালে শাক দিয়ে অভ্যাস করাতে হবে।
