Hello!!
Today, I’ve made SALTED CARAMEL MACARON using italian meringue.
You mignt think that italian meringe macaron is hard to make.
But italian meringe is more stable, so if you made meringe once, a probability of failur is less than other type of meringe.

This recipe is half of the Pierre Herme's one.
You can make 35 of macarons (70 of shells) in diameter of circle 4cm.
I like this classic macaron better than fat macarons!

오늘은 솔티캐러멜 마카롱을 만들어보았어요!
#이탈리안머랭을 이용한 마카롱이구요,
이탈리안머랭 마카롱은 어렵고 복잡해 보이지만,
머랭이 안정적이기 때문에 머랭만 완성하면 오히려 다른방식보다 실패한 확률이 더 적은것같아요!

레시피는 #피에르에르메레시피 반배합으로 만들었습니다!
대략 지름 4cm #마카롱 35개정도(꼬끄 70개) 나왔습니다.
저는 뚱카롱보다 이런 클래식한 마카롱이 더 좋더라구요 :)

설탕 sugar 150

필링 filling
