Mini vs Mini: Monoprice 3D Printer Speed Test

I’ve been creating quite a few videos about the Monoprice Delta Mini and Select Mini 3D printers- which are two of the most popular 3D printers around.

I wanted to see the print speed difference between the Delta and Select minis, so I had them print the same model with the same settings using the same filament. The Delta finished 30 minutes faster than the Select with a significantly higher quality print!

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of the print from the Delta Mini, but I still struggle to get it to print reliably, which makes it hard to recommend as a first printer. It’s a very fun and interesting printer, but I would still recommend the Select Mini as a first printer (I’m using the V1, and now the V2 has some significant improvements.
