Cilantro jalapeno cashew cream that tastes like the salsa verde sauce

1 cup soaked cashews
3/4 cup water
About two garlic cloves
About two tablespoons of nutritional yeast
About a half a teaspoon of salt
Cracked black pepper to taste
1 tbsp pickled jalapenos plus a little bit more of the brine
A little more than half a bunch of cilantro fresh
Juice of half a lemon Plus zest
And maybe a teaspoon of lime juice

I bet the juice of one whole lime plus the zest would be best instead of the lemon juice but this is how I made it the first time
