In this video I am making my first bicycle fork for a custom steel bicycle. The plan is a road plus bike using traditional dual pivot caliper rim brakes with a 47mm-57mm reach. The tire size for the fork is 35mm.
The parts used in this fork build:
Steerer tube: 1-inch Threaded
Fork crown: 1" Fork Crown - 42mm Inside Width - Flat w/Long Inner Tangs
Fork blades: Reynolds EX5707 FORK BLADE "631" 27.5x20 1.0/0.6x375 R15 RAKED 45 TIP 13mm o.d./11mm
Dropouts: Lug Style for 13.9MM Fork Blade Tip - Straight Slot
Flux: Gasflux Type "U" Silver
Filler Wire: Harris Safety Silv 56%
