The perfect Star of your Sunday lunch meal!
Ingredients:
Lamb’s leg
Salt and pepper
Garlic (crushed or cloves)
Rosemary
Dash of oil/ butter (to sear meat)
Poke holes all around meat and sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Sear meat on high heat on each side for 5 minutes then add garlic and rosemary and sear again.
Turn heat low and add half a cup of water then close with lid.
Check every 10-15 minutes if there is enough water in and flip it over.
Will take 2 hours for well done.
The meat would make its own gravy so you can carve meat and drizzle with the gravy.
