Complete the circuit of movements for 2 rounds x 30 seconds work/15 secs rest
I used a set of 5kg/10 lbs, dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

3️⃣ Sprawl No Jump
4️⃣ 2 DB SL Deadlift (R) side

2️⃣O’head March X Body Crunch
3️⃣Lateral High Knee Run
4️⃣One DB Lunge & Swing
