Micheal Petherick , @DoingItOurselvesOfficial came over for a cooking session. His favourite dish and apparently, a dish that also Stephanie Jarvis is fronds off, Kneidelre soup, Matzos balls soup, have you ever heard of it? We started the preparations at home and finished at Château de Lalande , home of @TheChateauDiaries . Join us Recomforting food that brought us all together. As we sat around the beautifully set table, the aroma of the herbas & vegetables wafted through the air, tantalizing our taste buds. The chateau's elegant atmosphere added a touch of sophistication to our gathering, making the experience all the more memorable. And yet, it was the humble matzo balls that stole the show, reminding us that sometimes, it's the simplest pleasures in life that bring us the greatest joy. As we savored each bite, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to share this special moment with one another. It was a truly unforgettable evening, one that will be etched in our memories for years to come.

Recipe for 10p:
Matzos balls:
300g Matzos (unleavened bread)
3 Eggs
140 ml Sunflower oil
100ml warm water
salt &pepper
The soup:
Parsley & coriander leafs
Onion with clove
carottes, celery ...
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp of stock (chicken flavour or vegetables, optional )
