I've been making several custom weapons and items using commands in Minecraft. The goal is to use them as a sort of "endgame" loot option to implement in future survival worlds. This is the latest one I've created, the Adder's Fang. It uses /execute commands to trigger the poison effect, and a scoreboard to detect when the holder of the sword is sneaking so it can teleport them in the direction they're pointing at. As far as I'm aware, the commands are multiplayer friendly, but I'll need to do some more testing before I can confirm it.
