Coney Flats, Middle St. Vrain Trail - Allenspark, Colorado

This trail took us almost all day to complete. The water crossing was very deep. There is a lot of camping off of the river by camp dick. The trail itself isn’t hard just watch out on the water crossing for sucking water into the intake!

• Location: Near Allenspark, Colorado, in the Roosevelt National Forest.
• Difficulty: Moderate to difficult. The trail is suitable for vehicles with high clearance and 4x4 capabilities.
• Length: Approximately 6 miles one way.
• Terrain: The trail features a variety of terrain, including rocky sections, water crossings, steep inclines, and dense forest areas.
• Scenery: The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, forests, and meadows. The area is known for its beautiful wildflowers in the summer.
