This webinar presents an overview of the key results from the NELA Year 8 (Dec 2020 – Nov 2021) report, setting the stage for upcoming changes. It provides highlights of what will change for NELA’s Year 10 data collection (1 April 2023) as well as an overview of changes to the best practice tariff in emergency laparotomy. Finally, it presents work being undertaken to include a ‘no-lap’ cohort in NELA from April 2024.
