Mini One, Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper-S, R50 & R53 Window Glass, Window Regulator and Motor Change

Hello everyone, welcome back to the channel!

In this video, I will be demonstrating how I remove and replace the windows in the door of the Mini One or Mini Cooper, this applies to the R50 and R53 models and is very similar on R52 models although the convertible does have a slightly different doors. The basic principle is the same though.

In addition to the window glass, I will also be demonstrating how to remove the window regulator along with its power motor. Exchanging the motor itself is only one further step after the regulator is removed should you wish to do so and I will explain this during the video.

On this particular car, the window was incredibly slow when it would work which was probably only around 10% of the time that the window switch was pushed. This meant that in the event of hot weather, the passenger would melt!
