While shooting of "Be Spring", we captured some beautiful moments of Michelle Yeoh and the theatrical dancers of “Wing Chun”. They externalized the state of being they felt within their selves, expressing the feeling of the mind meeting the body and the sense of wellbeing that follows - just like spring time.
As Michelle said, “‘Spring’ is a fitting metaphor for wellbeing - it’s inner peace, from mind, body to soul.” Spring is about the balance of body and mind, and Wing Chun is about the balance of strength and tenderness. A perfect union of martial arts and dance, originating from the wellbeing within.
