When you have completed our Indian club courses, and mastered all the exercises, try to learn this flowing routine, and perform it to a beat or metronome.
We developed this Indian clubs routine in 2014, and refined it over 2 years, by teaching it to many people in our town.
Heroic Sport actually started off as a sporting social club, where we taught classes with Indian clubs each week.

Here's the challenge...
If you think the routine is too simple to perform, try calling out each move aloud at the same time as if you were teaching a group, just like Thierry demonstrates it, and stay relaxed at the same time.
---
Pahlavandle™ Indian clubs are perfect to explore movement patterns in all 3 planes of motion, as they look non threatening, and safe to use by young and old..
The Pahlavandle™ simply screw onto plastic bottles. In this video, Thierry is using 1 liter bottles filled with water. With a set of handles and a few bottles, you can make a whole range of Indian clubs from 200g to 3kg per club!
---
Indian clubs swinging a discipline for everyone, as it is possible to perform very simple or very complex movements.
The pace of the swings is relaxed, providing gentle traction on the joints and fascia, which makes you feel and move better.
As you master the swings, you will experience mindful motion and the state of flow.
---
Think of circles as letter of the alphabet. Combining circles into flowing moves allows you to express your creative side and experience similar benefits to Tai Chi, with the benefit of strength training.

❂ Heroic Sport| An ancient discipline
We have created the Pahlavandle ™ range to make it affordable for everyone to discover the benefits of swinging clubs.
Our clubs are easily adjustable, which is a modern twist on the ancient traditional Indian clubs used to train Tamil and Persian warriors and wrestlers.
Indian clubs were used in Europe and USA for remedial gymnastics in the 18th and 19th century, by pioneers of physiotherapy.
