NABARD Grade A topper shares an honest ESI plan that actually works: rely on PIB compilations, revise seven to eight times, and lock in key scheme figures early. He finished the objective parts of Phase 1 and Phase 2 before Phase 1 so that after Phase 2 he could give more time to descriptive.
