Practice 12 : Speed Taekwondo training & kick faster ⚡️ Jaouad Achab

Try this speed kicking exercise :
2 persons holding big pads for body kicks
2 persons holding small pads for high kicks
Kick on each person 2 to 5 kicks as fast as you can! For 15 seconds x 4 rounds (or more if you can).
TIPS :
Give yourself time to recover. Change the with your teammates after each round of kicking.
The role of pad holder is very important to push you to go faster and kick better.
Don't do too many rounds, to keep the quality and the intensity high.
Make sure you do a good warm up and stretch before this exercise, make sure you have a good stretching after as well.
