Combining Oats 2022: John Deere 9500 & 68 Grain Cart

The Oats looked pretty darn good until a heavy rain storm beat them down. We tried to Combine them with the IH 82 Pull-Type Combine before the heavy rain but they were not quite ready and the humidity was too high and they gave up. Our wonderful neighbor brought his JD 9500 over and took care of it for us. Doesn't take him long that's for sure. The Kubota L4060 got the job of bringing in the grain cart and unloading them into what we call the Grainery which is actually the old home place our relatives started out in over 100 years ago here. Naturally it's been modified some and also relocated on the property. All of these Oats will be ground up for cattle feed in a CaseIH 1250 grinder/mixer with ear corn and 14% pellet feed, the calves and cows love it.
