📍 Location: Near Bajna village, around 78 km from Chhatarpur and 77 km from Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh.
🕉️ About the place: Bheemkund is a natural water tank (kund) surrounded by mythological and scenic significance. According to legend, during the Mahabharata, Bhima struck the ground with his mace to bring out water for Draupadi — hence the name Bheemkund. The water here is crystal clear and is believed to maintain its level and purity regardless of weather conditions.

Open daily: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
No entry fee
🌤️ Best Time to Visit:
October to March – Pleasant weather, perfect for exploring the surroundings and taking photographs.
Avoid peak summer (April–June) due to high temperatures, and monsoon (July–September) as the area can get slippery.
